The rooms were luxurious for the price and had beautiful suites with jetted tubs.

Everything was wonderful, check in was fast and easy with the help of the employees, finding my room was easy, room was very nice and spacious the location of the resort is perfect for pretty much any activity of the day and just lost for words at how amazing the room was

I always stay at this hotel when i go to Orlando several times a year, everyone is so nice, great location, beautiful well priced rooms with everything you need on site, the customer service is amazing.

Another thing that I didn't like was that we were told we would be place close to the pool and weren't, we had to walk several buildings away and was expected to carry the ""pool towels"" from the room since towels aren't kept at the pool any longer.
