We stayed here for two nights and loved everything about our stay. It was a highlight of our Japan trip. The inn is comfortable and cozy and has excellent baths (plus is close to the beautiful public open air bath). The staff was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The best staff working there by far. I stayed at 5 different places in Japan, but this was my favorite. The staff was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable of how to guide a first time traveler.
