I emailed the property several times directly and through booking.com requesting the receipt of my stay (for the reimbursement purpose) as the system was down when I left. The front desk promised to email me the receipt as well. I have no idea why it has not done so which was totally due to their fault.

The location was right next to a bus stop. We easily checked in, the lobby was really cozy and nice. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained if we had time we would have loved to stay longer
