When 1st entering our room we were meet with Many concerns so called down & told someone would come in 20 mins . Which did happen , Louie was the member of staff who attended & listened & saw the list of problems we had encountered on our arrival in the room. As well as a larg masonry drill bit which my Husbands slid on as going to the side of the bed, the same one we are assuming was used to create the brick dust on dressing/ beverage making area & electric socket where we plugged in the fridge. Also removed were the adults winter gloves & child sock from my bedside draw where I anitially pland to place my medication! Louie took these items away. I removed hair from hand basin. Sadly the problems were not all addressed at that point & a continuing list of problems & situations escalated throughout our stay. It was so obvious that this room had not been cleaned before we were checked into this room. For the entirety of out stay. No one serviced our room at all!! No beverages , towels & toiletries were forthcoming & absolutely ridiculous we had to be going down to reception to get these items? . No maid/ chamber services to our room. The breakfast time was also a constant daily challenge as to how we were served & most often we were not! Staff were trying to get there own head around the constant changing procedure. This went also from bad to worse. We had been extremely satisfied in September when we had visited & the only reason we returned.What a huge mistake with all we experienced & reported to so many members of staff.!!

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was spot on .Hotel was clean and bed was comfy as well .
